Thank you for choosing my lash services. To ensure the best results for everyone, please review and follow these guidelines.
### Pricing and Touch-Ups
- I offer fixed pricing for fills. If you’re unsure about whether you need a full set or a fill, please ask before your appointment.
- If lashes fall after a week, please note I’m not responsible for lashes that detach due to aftercare or daily wear. If lashes fall shortly after a service, contact me to schedule a complimentary fix as soon as possible.
### Fills and Full Sets
- Most clients schedule fills every 2–3 weeks. A fill at around 4 weeks is considered a full set.
### Appointment Etiquette and No-Show Policy
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and a fee equal to 50% of the service price will be charged.
- If you are late a second time, the full service price will be charged, and future bookings may be restricted.
Foreign fills are accepted with an additional $30 fee.
To qualify, clients must arrive with 60–70% of lashes intact.
If the existing set does not meet these requirements, a full removal and new set may be required.
